This intermediate trail takes you along the La Lièvre river and back island.
Remember to bring along a good supply of water!
| Km 0 | Mont-Laurier train station on Olivier-Guimond Street. Take the road facing you. |
| Km 0,1 | Go left on rue de la Madone. |
| Km 0,2 | Go right on Rue Pelletier. |
| Km 0,5 | Go right on route 309 North, towards Ferme-Neuve. |
| Km 16,5 | Ferme-Neuve village. |
| Km 17,7 | Go right on 12e Rue. |
| Km 18,2 | Go left on 12e avenue. Go towards Mont-St-Michel village. |
| Km 32 | Mont-St-Michel village. |
| Km 32,4 | Go right on rue du Pont. Rest area a few meters down. Go south on route 311 towards Lac-St-Paul. |
| Km 37,8 | Go right on chemin des Pionniers. (The village of Lac-St-Paul is 0.5 km in front of you.) Go towards Ferme-Neuve. |
| Km 47,3 | Go right on Rang 4 Moreau (concession road). Go down a small hill to get to Ferme-Neuve. |
| Km 51 | Ferme-Neuve village. |
| Km 51,3 | Go left on 22e avenue. |
| Km 70 | Town of Mont-Laurier |
| Km 70,7 | Get left on rue Olivier-Guimond. The train station is facing you. |
